Nick finds a perfect new home with Orbit, just like his mum did years ago

Nick had heard lots of good things about being an Orbit customer from his mother Mary, who had been an Orbit customer for 40 years, so when he decided to step onto the property ladder at Orbit Homes’ Homestead Park in Suffolk, he was filled with every confidence.

Nick and his wife Karen found themselves in the market to buy their own home for the very first time this year, having lived for 43 years in the home provided by Nick’s job until his retirement.

This really stood out to us as our previous home had a separate galley kitchen which wasn’t very sociable.”

We’ve really integrated into the community and are enjoying quiz nights at the Stonham Aspal village hall, playing bingo and some rounds of crazy golf!”
